After almost two years of meeting, planning, classroom modifications, and teacher training, Zion’s Little Lamb Early Head Start School opened in December 2010. Sixteen infants and toddlers from the Fredericksburg community now attend the daycare program. In April, after completing over eight hours of training, several volunteers from Zion were able to bring their grandmotherly skills in caring for the youngsters at Little Lambs.
