In our prayers this week

we remember our Little Lambs Early Headstart program and all of the people who help in the church office.

Did you hear about...

Special Concern for July
is the Good Samaritan Center. Their mission is to provide coordinated and affordable health and social services that minister to the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the un-served and underserved in the Hill Country. See the article on page 4 of the July issue of The Chimes.

Zion Lutheran has been a community of faith serving the Hill Country of Texas since 1852.  Mission has been central to Zion for over 160 years, and this tradition continues today with our Early Head Start School, our new Youth and Family Center and by supporting local and global ministries. Zion Lutheran is also a Stephen Ministry congregation.

We are in partnership with the 10,396 congregations, 26 Lutheran colleges and universities, 8 seminaries, 450 global missionaries, 145 camps, and one of the largest non-profit social service networks in the United States; as well as Lutheran World Relief (LWR). All are ministries of the 4.5 million member Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA).

We welcome you to come worship with us! Are you new to the Lutheran tradition? Check out our "What to Expect" page.
